The Outside Services Staff plays an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable golf experience for our Members and Guests. This position is responsible for assisting with daily golf operations, maintaining practice facilities, managing golf carts and equipment, and providing exceptional customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet Members and Guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and welcoming experience.
Set up, maintain, and close all golf practice facilities daily.
Ensure practice areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the day.
Prepare, stage, clean, and properly store golf carts before and after use.
Assist Members and Guests with transporting golf bags between the bag drop, staging areas, and clubhouse.
Clean golf clubs following play and ensure bags are returned to their designated storage areas.
Organize and maintain the golf bag storage room to ensure equipment is properly stored and easily accessible.
Prepare and stage golf bags for Members and Guests, including loading bags onto pushcarts or golf carts as needed.
Assist with daily opening and closing procedures to ensure golf operations run smoothly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance throughout all outside service areas.
Provide attentive and courteous service to Members and Guests, assisting with requests as needed.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong focus on customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods (6–10 hours).
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to maintain professional appearance and grooming standards in accordance with club policies.
Previous experience in golf operations, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
