We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Golf Shop Attendant to join our team. The Golf Shop Attendant plays an important role in daily golf operations by assisting Members and Guests, managing tee times, supporting merchandise sales, and helping ensure the Golf Shop runs smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet Members and Guests in a friendly, professional manner and provide excellent customer service.
Schedule tee times, manage the tee sheet, and accurately check in golfers.
Assist Members and Guests with questions regarding golf operations, merchandise, and club services.
Process purchases, member charges, and cash transactions accurately.
Assist with merchandise sales, restocking, inventory organization, and monitoring product levels.
Perform daily Golf Shop opening and closing procedures.
Coordinate with Outside Services Staff to ensure smooth daily golf operations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming Golf Shop environment.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong focus on customer service.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling transactions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Availability to work afternoons and weekends.
Previous golf course, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE:

Starting Pay: $12 per hour, flexible based on experience.
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20–30 hours per week.
Shifts: 3–5 shifts per week, including afternoons and weekends.
Start Date: Immediate availability preferred.
