We are looking for a dependable and hardworking individual to join our golf course maintenance team. This position is responsible for helping maintain the golf course and surrounding grounds to a high standard.

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Friday: 5:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Saturday or Sunday: 5:30 AM – 8:30 AM
Lunch provided Monday – Friday

Responsibilities:

Perform general golf course maintenance and landscaping duties.
Mow and maintain turfgrass and surrounding areas.
Assist with course setup and daily maintenance.
Maintain bunkers, greens, tees, fairways, and other golf course areas.
Operate maintenance equipment as needed.
Assist with seasonal projects and course improvements.
Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized.
Follow all safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.
Work effectively as part of a maintenance team.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation is required.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must be dependable and able to arrive on time for early morning shifts.
Must be able to work outdoors in hot and varying weather conditions.
Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous golf course, landscaping, or grounds maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.
